Shipping methods
The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components. In addition to the prices quoted, we charge for delivery per order. The shipping costs are clearly indicated in the shopping cart and at the checkout.
We ship our goods from Monday to Thursday.
To ensure that you receive the goods before the weekend, the order should be received by 8.00 a.m. the day before.
Orders received from Thursday 14:00 to Monday 8:00 will not be dispatched until Monday.
We deliver within Germany and Europe (shipping with DHL)
Delivery time within Germany (from dispatch): 1-2 days
Delivery time within Europe (from dispatch): 2-5 days
Customers receive tracking number by e-mail.
